HT Division Zrt. is a 100% Hungarian-owned company, founded in 2018 with the aim of playing an active role in the development and modernization of the Hungarian defence industry, while contributing to the long-term enhancement of the Hungarian Defence Forces’ capabilities.
Our core focus is the adaptation and application of international technological expertise and innovation in Hungary — from concept development through production and integration to research and development. As a professional investor, we are deeply involved in building domestic defence manufacturing capacities and the related R&D ecosystem. Our facility in Kaposvár carries out electromechanical assembly, system integration, prototyping, and development activities, while our office in ZalaZone — one of Europe’s largest vehicle test tracks — provides direct access to cutting-edge testing infrastructure.
Our goal is to develop “Made in Hungary” solutions that meet not only domestic but also international market demands. To achieve this, we collaborate with leading global players in the defence sector, higher education institutions, and scientific research organisations.
Our portfolio is built on next-generation technologies, including autonomous and AI-powered systems, communication and control infrastructures, advanced training and simulation platforms, and comprehensive logistics and field support services. In all our operations, we place strong emphasis on reliability, sustainability, and long-term stability — while maintaining the flexibility to adapt swiftly to rapidly changing market needs.
